Cleared PMP in First attempt - thanks to PMZilla especially Rajesh Nair's Notes

Hi Friends,

It was big relief to clear PMP in first attempt.

I cant imagine clearing exam quickly  without PMZilla and Rajesh Nair's notes. I want to consolidate all the notes initially and Rajesh (Chowdary) has helped me to reduce this effort in a big way.

PMBOK, Rita, Rajesh Nair notes and some free mock tests suggested by PMZilla members are Key for clearing the exam.

Thanks to all of you for helping PM community.

All the best

Dear All,

I would like to know abt this approach for 02nd attempt to PMP exam planned in Aug 2011.

I planned to stick only to writing as many mock test as possible rather then focusing on intensive subjective study.

Is it a correct approach to attempt the mock exams again ie RITA PMFASTRACK coz when am attempting the mock test of PMFASTRACK(inclusive of KA+Process group+PMP+Super PMP = 3000+ questions) for the first time am scoring 60 to 70%(as currently in knowledge areas) and on repeating after a gap of 5 to 10 days my score in the particular K.A is coming to 80%+.

And finally attempting for PMSTUDY exams(All four).

Mock exams only PMFASTRACK & PMSTUDY.

Plz provide your worthfull feedback on the above.

Mirza,

Personally I don't see the need for spending money for exam questions. The Rita questions are good enough in addition to the free one by PMSTUDY not to mention all the other free resources on the web of questions.

It's just another way for people to make money off of you.

Jack

Jack,

Is it good enough to practice only RITA PMFASTRACK inclusive of KA+Process group+PMP+Super PMP & to repeat these categorical exams prior taking REAL PMP exam.

I wouldn't stick with just Rita's questions, as mentioned previously, you should search out and use the free sources of questions that others have mentioned, Brainbok, PMSTUDY free exam, Oliver Lehmann.

Just do a Google search on:   "free pmp exam questions" and you can find a multitude of good quality free exam questions that will help you in your studies.

Good Luck !!
