Hi

i cleared pmp in Oct'12 and just started looking for a change.

I have total 7 yrs exp in product design developemnt in mechanical engineering feild(Basically engineering services).

I want to give a try in other fields like IT, is there any chance to enter into it..

i have a thoeritical knowledge of it skills, i never worked on it.

I dont think i can switch the field, but i wanna give a try if there is a chance,,and i am interested in IT field.

If anybody recently switched to IT can u please share your experiences what positions i can apply.

I dont have full time project manager experience, but i managed teams to deliver the design and drafting projects in engineering services.
