cleared my test yesteday 3rd june
hi guys,
with the grace of Allah the almighty and the support of my wife and family.
i have cleared my PMP test yesterday, thanks to your support guyz and your motivation.
what really helped me:
1- doing alot of mock exams - PM Fastrack by rita.
2- Rajesh Nair's Notes for revision.
at the end that what suites me, it all depends to what will suite you. it took me 1.5 months of preperation.
Regards,
Khaled - PMP
hi everybody,
i have been preparing for the the PMP test for 1.5 month:
i completed the PMBOK exam twice and got a good understanding of it.
i was doing the PMfast track questions related to each knowledge area after reading the relevant chapter.
i did the PMfastrack PMP exam twice, and scored as following:
1st 70.5%
2nd 75%
i am planning to do the lehman 175Q and the PMstudy free and paid aswell, but dont know what is the diffrence between (test2, test3, test4) in paid ones, are having only 200Q, or more in each, if i want to use more than once.
my exam is schedueled after 4 days, do you think my preperation is enough or should i re-schedule the exam.
regards,
khaled

You have good understanding of PMBOK
As you say you have good understanding of PMBOK and you have secured over 70% in Rita Fast Track, I see you are doing good. Since you have just 4 days now, I would suggest don’t buy any Test now, just use the free one’s available
Oliver Lehmann (75)
PMPForSure (50)
Simplilearn (200)
TechFaq360 (200)
PMStudy (200)
Passionatepm (100)
Bestsamplequestions (160)
PMZilla (25)
The combination of Rita’s FT and these free (~1000Q) should be sufficient enough to practice all type of questions, especially to get feel of possible PMP questions.
Spent some time in revision IITO from PMBOK and make sure you read the PMBOK summery pages (last part of the book).
All the best.

Read Rajesh Nair's notes
My suggestion would be since you have only four days left don't give more than one free exam. Once you give the free exam you will know which knowledge areas you are scoring less.
Then read Rajesh Nair's notes for all knowledge areas but do the Fast Track agian only for the knowledge areas that you score less.
Do the ITTO very thoroghly.
Read Rajesh Nair's notes again and again once every day but be careful if you feel that the notes are too many things to remember and not working for you, then it is better that you stick to some summary notes that you might have prepared. If you have the course book from wherever you did the course and if it is good then sticking to it for four days mayalso be a good idea.
During the exam just ensure that you don't waste too much time on any question. Go with the mindset that there will be questions you may not understand and may not know the answers for. If you keep this in mind then you will have a very good chance of success.
In the end remember you are the best judge of what is working for you. All these suggestions may be of little use. If you think something else works for you stick to it.
Best of Luck.
