A dream come true of having PMP in my company business card.

I started my study about 2 month back. Trick is once you pay the exam fee you automatically go in exam mode for preparation.

I started with headfirst book to understand the concept.but it is not enough to clear PMP exam.

Rule is go back as quickly as possible to PMBOK and to understand it in depth.

Try to correlate your experience with the PMBOK study material.

exam check your PMBOK knowledge.

HEAD FIRSTIt is good to understand the concept at the first and to understand ITTO in graphical diagrams.

Referred Rita book, after reading Headfirst.

My suggestion is read first time headfirst, and then topic by topic read Rita and the PMBOK simultaneously.

I solved questions of Rita fastrack but i think question answer from rita books are enough ,no need to go through fasttrack.

Instead try to attemp online exam start with some simple question bank and gradually to more difficult question banks to develop your muscle to solve the questions.

Exam although is not tough but not easy as well so preparing difficult questions will give you confidence to clear pmp exam.

after reading this book, go quickly to solve the online questions available on net and try to find out the question which you answered wrong, and do the marking in PMBOK book(by highlighter) so that whenver you are referring it it will easy to give attention on those points.

once you start scoring above 75% in easy exam swith over to some difficult question such as oliver lehman 75 tough questions and 175 questions

i purchased PMSTUDY four questions sets and i found it very helpful to crack the exam.

I also purchased PMZILLA 200 difficult questions and those question are really good .

for ITTO the best site to study is Brainbok site.

best way to prepare ITTO is first go to the initiating process and the planning group sequentially.

As far as 4 hour exam is concern , you must atleast give 4-6 exam and check for your physical endurance as well.

check time factor as well, because i have taken entire 4 hours to complete exam so pay attention to keep track of time.

if possible do not take any brakes.

Do not put any questions for review as far as possible.

As a strategy i didnt keep any single questions for review and it worked very well.
