friends, i passed my exam 2 days back. (1st Nov 2013)

thanks to all your contribution in this site and forums, this has great contribution in my exam preparation.

Preparation:

2months. (took training last year)

i read pmbok5,Rita 7 and PMPforsure quick review material (this is very helpfull in last few days to review)

Practice exams : pmstudy (all paid), simplilearn, Oliver, Soldo (1-18), pmpforsure (got between 70 to 78%) in all exams. 

on Exam :

i didn't dump anything in 1st 15min, went to exam straightaway, and didn't took break.

almost 80% are situational questions, and 15 to 20 are straight questions which can answer easily.

math questions are easy.

lessons learned :

practice more more situational questions whereever you find. 

Read Rita along with pmbok5, this helps to answer situational questions. 

If you are already working large scale projects, and using all knowledge areas in projects, then Rita may not be required.

start practice tests with ExamCentral and soldo, these are bit easy and builds confidence. 

then you go to other exams like pmstudy, simplilearn ..., looks more situational questions. 

hints

1) try to know everything about initiating and closing groups

2) read more on scope, quality, risk topics. (covers most of the questions)

thats it, exam is not very easy or not very difficult.
