Choosing Multiple answers for a question
Submitted by sudhapmp on Fri, 03/08/2013 - 16:35
My friend took the exam recently and mentioned that she was able to choose only one answer from all the choices listed for all of the questions. However my understanding was that some of the questions would have multiple answers and we need to choose all of them to get to the question marked as "correct".
Folks who have completed their pmp exam -what was your experience? Did you also have answers listed with radio buttons, allowing you to choose one answer only?

For each PMP question there
For each PMP question there is only 1 right answer, there are no multiple right answers. Only radio buttons

There is a lt of misleading
There is a lt of misleading info about the PMP in various sites- this is one such myth. I too read somewhere that there are some questions in the exam for which you have to select more than one anwer.
For all questions in the exam, there is only one correct answer. But the general format of the exam is that : out of the 4 options, 2 you can ignore straight away. There is will 2 very plausible answers, and the trcik is in selecting the correct one.
