Check list of audit documents

Hello All,


 


Please clarify as I am going in a right direction to submit audit documents. I am sending the following documents


1) Project 1 Verfication form (Earlier company project). I sumbitted this form though courier to my Manager and inturn he is sending it with Signatures. This will become one envelope with signatures


2)Project 2 Verification form(Current company project). This verification form got signed by my current manager . This will become second envelope with signatures


3) 35 hours PDU certificate (I have taken certificate from Simplilearn)


4)Bachelor degree certificate


 


Do I need to keep 3 and 4 proofs in a sealed envelope with signatures? (If signatures are required, who can sign )


Since, we can not keep signatures on the main courier cover. I am planning to keep two sealed covers in main courier cover and hard copies of certificates( not sure whether certificates need to keep in an envelope).


Please correct me, If I am wrong.

Hi,

 

I just cleared PMP audit process few days ago. I got all relevant experience forms signed by previous and current manager and put everything in one big envelope alongwith 35 hours PDU certificate, and educational certificate. Sent all documents to PMP and got approval.

 Can somebody advise me on my below doubt .

I have mentioned one of managers name in one of Projects . My application has got audited . Since i didnt have a good relationship with him , he is refused to sign my application . Most of my colleague have left the organization and i am searching for their contact but i can find . I know one colleague but his designation is Technical Analyst , will his verification work
