Change request question

If a question ask,  sombody ask you for a change request..  what should you do first

 

a Document the change request

b ask him to formally do a request for change

c Analyse the impact, risk on the change

d Put the change through Integrated change control process

 

 

what do you think and why,

Analyze the impact and risk of the change request first so the change control system or CCB can take an informed decision. So the best answer is C in my opinion.

We dont have to ask him to open a formal change request?

 I also feel its C because impact analysis should be the first task the PM should do before anything else.

B
