I dont have the hours required to get the PMP however i do have the hours for the CAPM. My question is whether or not it is worth it. I don't want to spend time studying for an exam that businesses are not aware of. If i pass the CAPM after i get enough hours for the PMP what is the transistion process to PMP. Do i have to study for the PMP exam and take that or is there another method?
