Bar Chart & Milestone chart ---Need Help----

Hi All,


As per Rita M,  Milestone Chart is good tool for reporting to management & Customer (page 213)


and as per PMZilla Tough 25 Questions (Q 22) Bar Charts are best used to make presentations to management.


Can anyone clarify the ambiguity between the use of these two tools.

PMBOK clearly says Bar chart is frequently used in management presentation.
