In your organization, all big technical projects go through Initiate, Analyze, Design, Implement, Test, and Closeout. In this context, a project life cycle:
1. Defines the product life cycle
2. Defines the project phases
3. Contains several product life cycles
4. Has deliverables that must be completed before work starts on the next phase

Option 1 could not be - bks
Option 1 could not be - bks product life cycle have one or more projects.
Option 2 above divisions of a project are definitely phases, bks they have all characterstics of the phases of a project.
Option 3 - No bks you can see that successivephase is dependent of earlier phases and those have only one end product.
Option 4 - Project life cycle has the diliverables, but in the end of the project, and further no one phase will be required.
