I am wanting to get my PMP certification. I have worked on projects the last 8 yrs. of my employment. In all 5 categories required. My current job everything is labeled as a project. However, I downloaded the spreadsheet to start calculating my hours. I noticed terminality like develop a charter etc. Even though I have been involved with every step. Our company does not do these types of documents, etc. Is that something that can be achieved during the education requirements? Executing, monitoring/controlling project experience is fine. I am struggling with the planning and closing part of the requirements. Our projects do not really have an end date we have contract dates, but as long metrics etc. are met. The project renews. We receive payment every month from stakeholders. Could I use the contract end date as the close of a project?
