Am I in good shape?

 Hi all PMP Aspirants,

I obtained my 35 contact hours somewhere Novmeber 2011. I began my study somewhere in Feb 2012, but got halt due to project rushing. I scheduled my exam on 16th July 2012, which roughly another 1.5 months ahead.

 

So far, I completed: 

HeadFirst - Once

PMBOK - Once

Rita 6th Edition - Once

 

Mock Exams and sample question done :

HeadFirst 200Q- 75% (1st Try)

Oliver 75Q - 62% (1st try)

Oliver 175Q - 65% (1st Try)

Simplilearn 200Q - 62% (1st Try)

 

Considering to study another round for PMBOK and Rita 6th Edition. Should I redo again all the mock/sample exam for 2nd time, or go for other mock exam after the 2nd round of study? Or should I try few more sample/mock exams before going for 2nd round study?

 

I'm wondering should I rescheduled my exam or just go with it with the July. Sigh~

looks like you are going well. You have still good amount of time in hand considering you have already finished the 1 round of all 3 books. Do one more skimming through PMBOK and Rita, solve all excercises from Rita and see your confidence. It helps to concretize the concept. Revisit page 43 of PMBOX (4th edition) time and again. 

I would suggest to go for PMFastTrack from RMC and take minimum 2 full PMP exams. Incase the score is above 80% you are ready to take the final exam. You have already read 2 reference book, so I would advice concentrate on PBMOK more now and read it 2 times. You might want to try these free mock tests as well to judge your preparations:

You are doing good. The remaining 45 days should be good I guess. Securing 70-75% in the mock test should be good enough. I feel, trying a new fresh test question would give more value adds than repeating the same one again.

rameshbabu : Thanks! Will try to do all the free mock/sample exam for this round. And some of the paid sample/mock exam afte the 2nd round study.
