What could cause the problem?

Hello Admin,
thanks for the wonderful works you guys are doing.
(i) What is the cause of the incessant blockage
(ii) Please is there any way I could reset the account myself without having to send a public email
(iii) Does the forum have a means of sending a PM(private message)?
