WBS
The process of creating a work breakdown structure most likely results in which of the following?
A. Project schedule
B. Team buy-in
C. Project budget
D. List of identified risks
I selected B, which was the correct answer too. However, this conflicts with a similar question as below -
Which best explains why WBS is important to a project?
A. It provides a hierarchical diagram of the project
B. It makes it easier to estimate activities, costs & resources
C. It provides templates that can be reused on other projects
D. It helps gain team buy-in for the project.
This time I selected D, but the right answer was B.
Any ideas why?

In my opinion, WBS is
In my opinion, WBS is important because it breaks down the project work into manageable work packages so that resources and cost can be estimated more accurately.
As the process involves most of the team members, it also creates the added benefit of team buy-in.
