'Project Scope' is not an assumption.  Scope is defined and WBS is already developed b4 Time Management activities get started.

I believe the correct answer to be 4. There can be assumptions in project scope, but project scope can't entirely be an assumption. Also, Define Scope process should have been completed before Estimate Activity Durations.

Whole Project Scop can not be assumptions.
