Question - on variation

IF

Opt = 90 000

ML = 100 000

P = 120 000

What is the Deviation ?

A ) 25 000 000

B ) 5000

C ) 30 000

D ) 10 5000

anyone can give advices on this ?

For deviation, the formula is (P - O) / 6. Here,

P = 120000; O = 90000

So, (120000 - 90000) / 6 = 30000 / 6 = 5000

If they ask for variance, then [ (P - O)/ 6 ] ^ 2

thanks

I knew Standard Deviation but not Variance, I will remember it

Answer is B -> 5000

NO, we talk about Variation,  not Standard Deviation

((P-O) / 6 ) ^2 = 25 000 000
