question -Type of Organization

3 You are managing a complex project which requires some highly skilled resources on embedded design. You Obtain these resources from the organization pool specifying the duration for which they would be required, Once your project activity is complete you need to free these resources for reassignment. Base on given information, I believe the right answer is B - Projectized, since resources are acquired from organizational pool and later freed to be used on other project.

Answer c Matrix. the personnel and resources that a project manager requires are not permanently assigned to the project. but are obtained from a pool, controlled and monitored by a functional manager

D - There's no such thing as
D - There's no such thing as tight matrix
B - In a projectized organization, you as a project manager hire your own resources and not retrieving them from a pool
Between A and C is not really clear, however I'm assuming you as the project manager seems to have authority on this project, so Functional Organizations would be incorrect.
So, the answer is C, Matrix Organization.
