I think the answer is d manage project team.
In manage project team phase, team members start working together and may end up having conflicts. So PM has to use management/influential skills to bring the team as a cohesive entity who can perform very well.

It is Manage Project Team [PMBOK pg 280]


I got it wrong , I thought its develop project team. But the answer is Manage Project Team.
