I think the correct answer is option C - contract management plan.
Also note that this question is referring to PMBOK4 based on the terminologies

Answer is B:

 

I don't like that question,

 

the answer is :

Contract administration process = monitor and control procurement, its when you run a change that has to be made to a specific contract

 

Contract management plan deal with one contract where procurement mgmt plan deal with many

 

PMBOK 5 doesnt talk about contract management plan, pretty weird

As I mentioned earlier it is referrign to PMBOK4. So read only PMBOK for exam and solve questions related to pmbok5 not 4 :)
