pm requires two resources for the project. There are 5 resources in his organization working for another project. PM is lookig for same skills. The project is on schedule and on budget. What tools pm will use to seek the resouces?

bcoz, all the 5 resources are already engaged in anoother project. so PM has to acquire from outside
