I guess the questions should have been with "EXCEPT", for getting the answer Perform regular procurement audits. Then it would have made some sense and other 3 are related to Administer Procurement.
What is the source of the question?

That's what I thought.
That's what I thought. Procurement audits is a tool of Close Proc. process. It was from the pmstudy free 200Q.
