Mary has been managing a project for an external client. ABC Company. Mary's client requests a modification to the approved scope of the project. Mary should proceed by:

A) Analyzing impacts to budget and schedule, reevaluating pricing, gaining approval of stakeholders. communicating approved changes. updating project documents.

B) If ABC Company is a major client accepting the request communicating the changes to the project team, obtaining any required resources, changing the project delivery date.

C) Explaining this is outside the project scope and you will not meet the deadline if additional work is taken on. Suggest that the additional work be included in a different project.

D) Producing a copy of the contract indicating this work is not part of the agreed scope. Suggesting they negotiate a new contract and ceasing any work until this is resolved.
