PMP PDUs for reading ACP Book?

Hello,

I am a PMP and need to earn my 60 PDUs in the next few months. I plan on preparing for my ACP exam this year too.

I plan on:

- Taking up an online course (either Agile Prepcast or this other course on Udemy)

- Read Mike Griffiths book

I know that the 1st bullet point (online course) would give me contact hours required for ACP and I could also use these hours as PDUs for my PMP. Does the 2nd point (Mike Griffith's ACP book) also earn me PMP PDUs? If that's true and known, I need not spend time on specifically earning the required PMP PDUs; would rather focus on ACP preparation and kill 2 birds in one stone.

Any info/references/confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes you can earn all 60 PDUs while doing PMI-ACP, the PMI-ACP program itself will give you 21 PDUs and reading books can give you rest.

But some issue, just reading mike griffth book will not give you enough for strategic and leadership dimention of talent triangle , you need to pick some other books.

You may explore our online PMI-ACP program, and we can assist you in getting 60 PDUs aligned with talent triangle along the process.
