PDU discrepancy issues
Hi
I received my PMP certification 2 years back and I am in the process of gaining PDU's. I have found a lot of websites who give free PDU's in attending webinar under Category A. Recently I attended 20 webinars (each 1 hour) from one of the private education website and reported those PDU's in PMI website. All the webinars have got approved by PMI.
Still I reached out to the training department of the website to get attendance for all the 20 webinars I attended to make sure I have all proofs if I get audited by PMI. Then I was told by them out of 20 only 17 shows I attended and other 3 were removed from their system due to the fact those webinars were expired and they cannot give any attendance proof for that.
I have the screenshots with the timings I attended the webinars.
Now, I am not sure what should I have to do. The 3 reported PDU's which was entered by me in PMI website cannot be removed and if PMI gets audit of mine then I am not sure what proof I can provide.
Basically from my point of view, I don't understand why the PDU's were not removed from PMI website as it was in expired state.
Please help me out here on what best I can do. Can I report this issue to PMI or do I need to attend additional valid 3 webinar PDU's on top of 60 PDU's?
Thanks
Javed

Contact PMI
Contact local PMI customer care about the issue.
They will remove the 3 PDU's from your report.

Call up the PMI HQ customer
Call up the PMI HQ customer care and they'll remove those PDUs in 24 hours. If you call up the local contact center, they'll refer it to the HQ anyway leading to avoidable delays.

PDUs
Javed,
If you have documentation that you have completed the study, it shouldn't matter that the time frame has expired. You should confirm this with PMI headquarters, but this shouldn't negatively impact your certification hours. I applaud you for planning and documenting. It's unfortunate that the provider failed you but you are doing a great job with the situation.

It is best to document the issue and email it to PMI. It will only take a few days for them to get back to you.
