 A hospital is installing a new hospital management system to enable IT hospital functioning. For this purpose, representatives from several departments are selected to create a task force assigned to implement the project. This organization structure is called?

C)Composite Organization

I have answered as A whereas the answer is given as C. How to conclude whether it is functional or composite type organization. Can some one explain

This is fundamentally a functional organization, but then they create a special task force to work on a critical project, so it's a mix of both Functional + Projectized = Composite Organization. Ans C
