Not able to submit PMP application

Hello,
I am trying to submit my PMP application but getting following error "We're sorry, but we cannot accept your application at this point. This could be due to other certifications that you have, or other applications you've submitted that are currently being processed. "
Before completing PMP application I was about to pursue CAPM. So I have completed CAPM application which is open currently. Is there any way to discard the CAPM application and continue with PMP application?

Contact PMI Customer Care
You should contact PMI Customer Care. They will be able to help in this matter. They usually prefer emails (customercare@pmi.org) over phone calls. You can send them an email explaining the issue. If you want to talk, the phone numbers for different regions are mentioned in the PMI website.
