Certificate not reached

I had passed the exam on 18th Dec and I have not received my certification yet. Can some one please advise me.

 what was your address in application form

have you written to customer care

what is your PMI CERTIFICATION NUMBER

Write to CC in that respect, also Quote your old correspondance number .

I think you been done it.

Let me write to customer care, the address of communication was my home address in bangalore.
