A scope change has been approved by the change control board which of the following MUST be impacted?
A The early start date of the activities later in the network diagram
B The cost of the project
C The expected monitory value of project risks
D The number of resources used on the project
What do you guys think?

I think since scope will
I think since scope will either increase or decrease, we can say that cost of the project will be impacted. If say you are adding a window or removing a window from your plan to construct a house, cost will either Increase or Decrease.
EMV or risks , Number of resources may not be impacted, neither ES of activities in n/w diagram.

I went with option B but...
I also went with option B but the answer reads
" Notice that the question uses the word must? Many of these choices could be impacts but the only certain impact of a scope change is a schedule change to shorten or lengthen subsequent activities"

If we do Fast Track the cost is not going to change.

Scope Changes
Your project cost may remain flat as you may not be really adding any additional cost due to the risks you had identified and this known unknown is now a known that is happening. However if scope changes the schedule will change whether you take out tasks or add them in.
