Need help to apply for PMI-ACP exam

Good day all,
I am trying to apply for the PMI-ACP exam at PMI.org, however at the end of STEP-1,
PMI-ACP Application - Step 1: Application
I got the following message in red color:
We're sorry, but we cannot accept your application at this point. This could be due to other certifications that you have, or other applications you've submitted that are currently being processed.
I already have PMP in good standing, and all the requirement for the ACP exam are listed as complete.
I have emailed Customercare at PMI.org 3 days back, but no reply as of yet.
Any suggestion on why am I getting this error? Plz see the attached file

Do not worry, PMI will get
Do not worry, PMI will get back, yes they take time. This issue happen when you start any of the PMI certificate application, and PMI website is also going though changes even we are facing issues in CCRS area.
