The Stakeholder management
The Stakeholder management strategy mainly speaks about the understanding the stakkeholders interests, they influence on the project, what authority they bring in to the project. Finally categorize them based on the impact we would have from them ..(remember: pwer/interest grid). In nutshell, it is stragety we are building in.
The Ground rule because, it is setting the rules, directions and regulations for the team and other stakeholders. SPOC describes the role & responsibilities for a particular person and more importantly it is part of the project team development activity.
This is my understanding.
