Direct and Indirect Cost

 Hello,

 

Direct and Indirect cost are confusing me alot? Can you please clarify it to me in a way that i can immediately figure out what it is in the exam.

 

I've read different sources but still didn't get the difference, but I know the definitions pretty well :S

 According to me...indirect costs are the costs that are shared by multiple projects and fringe costs are indirect cost like employee benefits like health insurance, etc

Direct costs are those which are for the executing project only........like in construction project...the cost of material, labor are direct costs
