I am confused regarding the order in which these two processes occur...
Is it Close project followed by close Procurements or
Close Procurements followed by close project?

ask these questions to ur self and uill get an answer, its logical...
When do u plan/conduct procurment is it after the project initiates or before ??
its like a nested IF loop in a coding (if you know coding) or more logical is that, before you lock e the main door of ur house, u lock all the other doors that are inside ur house...
u procuer some thing only to help u support the project, not to support outside of ur process,
