Submitted by vijayavadrevu on Wed, 05/22/2013 - 07:11
There has been a change in the scope of your project, which may adversely impact the project schedules and cost. You have updated the technical and planning documents. All the requested changes and recommended corrective actions will now be processed through:
- Impact request statements
- Change control system
- Integrated Change Control process
- Changes to the scope management plan

Change Control system is tool which contains a formal procedure defining "how the changes will be managed in the project".
Also question is saying "All the changes" which should go through integrated change control process.

All requested changes and recommended corrective/preventive actions are input to Integrated Change Control process and processed (evaluated for impact across), finally status of CRs are updated as approved/rejected.

I agree with 3. Both
I agree with 3. Both requested changes AND recommended corrective actions (hence the "integrated") have to be processed
