Scope Changes
Scope changes would be best answer I guess since WBS has impact mostly on all of them but Scope change would be much appropriate.

I m not convinced with option C, it should be A, any explaination given?
If I have to think like scope baseline (WBS part of it) as i/p, then also option should be B, as scope baseline is i/p to determine budget

It should be C because..
In the given scenario, WBS will tell you who does what and when. When there are changes in the allotment, only schedule will change.
Obviously there are chances to have the changes in scope and cost, as per the question -the best answer would be schedule.

The explanation given for
The explanation given for option C is "WBS element changes are scope changes. According to the PMBOK® Guide, scope changes will often result in schedule revisions "
Iam not able to find in PMBOK. Can someone explain as to where this is available in PMBOK?
