Violation of the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

Could any one please answer what will happen if any one voilates the PMI code of ethics?


Can we report to PMI? What action will be taken for violating the PMI code of ethics.

Well, I'm about to report Mr. Nhuong Pham Hong, PMP to PMI for blatant plagiarism and copying content from my blog. I'll update this post with the outcome of the report. By the way he's also a member of this site with the ID phnhuong.

Did you try to resolve the issue with Mr. Nhuong Pham Hong first, I would say give him a notice and tell him to use clear references else under plagiarism you have the right to report him to PMI.
Atleast that's what I would do
