Any one pl clarify the role of PM in sprint methodology.  It looks to me that his responsibilities are shared among the following -

product owner - requirements/scope formation/explaining to team/getting it done

scrum master - monitoring and controlling the deviations etc

project team - updating progress, becomes more responsible.

I am also not clear how scrum methodology fits in regular project model where you have PM, technical lead, sr managers as escalation points.
