Reporting PDU

Hi,


I did went through one of the below video for 1 hr. Now I am reporting 1 PDU. I believe this will be in Cat C. How I will fill the address and city while reporting PDU. As I watched the video. Please suggest.

You should contact the vendor. I believe its optional or you can put approx address if its for self learning category.
