can anybody answer the below question?
You are a project manager of a highly visible and critical project in your company . This project was initiated with much fan fare and you have some of the best technical experts as a part of the project team. You are in the process planning and detailing scope of the project along with stakeholders when you hear that project is being terminated. What could be the MOST likely cause for this step?
A. | Senior management didn’t approve the project charter
B. | The project team didn’t have required technical expertise
C. | The project sponsor failed to support the project

PMP question
I will also go with C by elimination method.
Project can reach at this stage only after A and D. As there are technical experts available, B can not be the best answer.
