I passed the PMP today with proficiency in most of the areas.  My total preparation time was 6 weeks.  Here is how I prepared

1.  Books

 Head First PMP and PMBOK (Did not read PMBOK completely, ESI notes

2.  Practice

Rita Mulcahy's fast track CD

3.  Simulation Test practice

Oliver Lehmann - 75 Online questions - 67%

Oliver Lehmann - 175 questions - 71%

Head First 200 questions - 83%

PMStudy free online 200 questions (took this day before) - Got 76%

ESI Test practice (chapter end questions)

I also find the Glossary list on page 347 in PMBOK.  This is useful last minute revision

4.  PMzilla site was very useful too
