Need to claim following Webinars ...How??

I completed following two On-Demand Webinars recently. however i couldn't claim them due to lack of information. can you please tell me how can i claim them ?

You can claim only if its
You can claim only if its related to Project management.
1. If its from REP - you can claim PDU under training category
2. Not and REP - you can claim under self learning.
