I saw this question in one free PMP question webiste. What is the answer to this?
You need to estimate the duration of a manufacturing activity in the project. This activity has been executed multiple times in previous projects. What will you do next?

Answer Should be Option C
Answer Should be Option C (Do an Analogous estimation with a similar project that contains the activity.)
The justification is:
Since the activity has been executed multiple times in the previous projects we can find out a similar project (please refer PMBOK for clarification on similar project) that contains the activity.
Justification for Why not Option C
Since you are going to find a similar project and similar/same activity in that project then using analogous estimating would be better.
You find these kind of questions with even more similar looking options throughout the real exam. You have close to 400 Correct answers and 400 Wrongs answers in the real exam as mostly all the questions will have 2 almost similar answers and two options that could be ruled out using elimination technique.

Justification for Why not Option B --> Typo here earlier I typed it as Option C
