Difference between starvation and integration

Dear Friends,

      Can you kindly share your inputs on whats is the major difference among starvation and integration?

Starvation is the effect of removal of the resources, funding and the staffing while Integration is reassignment of resources (which covers both resources and staffing).

In both of the case the resources/ staffing is either removed or reassigned, then how do we choose the best answer. How do we differntiate the key words for both? Kindly share your inputs.

Project starvation happen when resources are cut off from the project even before completing the requirements of the project.

There will be sublte hints given in the question for you to pick the right answer. Do you have a questions we can refer to ?
