Conflict Resolution.

I need your help again....

There are any rational to resolve HR Conflict resolution? Let me explain it better.

Who should resolve conflict between 2 teams members, if they have an disagreement?

Should the Team members resolve it by them?
Should the PM participate in this resolution?

How are the different situations when the PM or Functional manager should participate in this kind of conflict?

The PM need to participate if  the team members can not resolve the conflict by themself.

In that case, the first thing PM need to do is to gather all information from team members before making a decision.
