rewards and recognition?

1- Rewarding is done after finishing project work? or after formal project closing?

2- Should the PM reward all team members ?

3- What if some members are poor in productivity with low morale so they don't deserve !!

4- What if the PM has 1000 team members, should he/she reward them all ? !!! 

1) As per PMBOK  all recognition/reward  should be done during the life cycle of project before the project is completed

 2) Every project has unique Recognition and rewards policy and this is contained in the staff management plan which is part of the Human Resource plan

  3) The criteria for achieving award should be common so that everyone will be encouraged to strive for it.

4) This depends on the Recognition and rewards policy
