 I chose 2 coz of code of ethics....under respect category - we have to respect other culture/customs and in the question it says it is "customary" and when we are in such a situation where you are not sure it better to check with your mgmt/legal....thats my point of view and from my understanding

Any other inputs?

answer seems A, because it says "politely"....so that the customer is not hurt.
