Close procurement or Project is the last ACTIVITY to be performed.

There will be many procurements within the Project which require closure before the complete project is completed and hence the option of Close Procurment is ruled out.


For any project as rightly pointed by CNP among the options given in the question, releasing the resources will be the last activity.  You require resources for writing the lessons learned. Therefore, releasing the same is the last activity after the project is completed
